One of the amazing things about Kevin Hart is he is literally everywhere these days. From movies to tv shows on Peacock, to ESPN'S NBA coverage to those Capital One commercials, which always amaze me that he can still be funny, tell a story, and promote a credit card seamlessly in under 30 seconds.
Hart, currently the highest-grossing comedian and a successful movie star in both comedy and drama, is also turning into a Hollywood business mogul. In an upcoming segment on 60 MINUTES, Hart sits down with correspondent Anderson Cooper to discuss his journey from the underground comedy scene to headlining sold-out arenas, as well as his recent foray into production and business ventures.
The segment features Cooper going behind the scenes with Hart in Pasadena as he tries out new material and visiting his Los Angeles headquarters to delve into the business side of comedy. Cooper even accompanies Hart on a trip to Walmart, offering viewers a glimpse into the multifaceted world of the comedic powerhouse.
In the clip below, Hart describes his journey from his humble beginnings to stardom. Determined to establish himself in comedy, Hart was willing to perform in any venue, no matter how unconventional or unwelcoming, to showcase his material and grow his fan base.
