Who had Draymond Green going 5 for 7 from 3-point range on their bingo card before the start of the Warriors vs Lakers on Tuesday night?

Against the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday night, three-point shooting was the Golden State Warriors calling card in a 134-120 victory which has been largely the driving force behind the Warriors dynasty over the past-decade.

The Warriors shot 63.4% from 3 on 26-of-41 shooting, which is the best field goal percentage from distance in a game in NBA history (minimum 40 attempts), according to ESPN Stats & Information research. To put that in historical perspective, there have been more than 3,400 instances of a team taking at least 40 3-pointers in an NBA contest.

“I didn’t feel like we played that well, but we made a million 3s,” Steve Kerr said, via The Associated Press. “The ball was going in, but I didn’t think we were sharp. A lot of possessions where we weren’t just quite locked in and we were a little bit disjointed, but the ball kept going in. … To shoot 63% from 3, that’s crazy.”

The breakdown of Warriors players who drained multiple threes:
* Stephen Curry (6 of 6 from three)
* Klay Thompson (5 of 10 from three)
* Draymond Green (5 of 7 from three)
* Andrew Wiggins (3 of 5 from three)
* Brandin Podziemski (3 for 3)
* Gary Payton II (2 for 3)

"It's different with AD out there," Green said. "He covers up so many mistakes, so it's totally a different look when he's not on the court."

The Warriors continue to find themselves fighting for better seeding in the play-in tournament which is a far departure from what Golden State is used to during their historic Splash Brothers run.

"We are not the team of old," Curry said. "No matter how next week plays out, it's tough to compare it to years of past when we're getting announcements, 'Oh we clinched a top spot,' but at least you have something to play for."

"We take a lot of motivation from the Heat last year who had to play two play-in games and made it all the way to the Finals," Klay Thompson said. "I think we're capable of a run like that. We obviously can't look ahead, but whatever happens, we will be ready. We know that it can be done. There is no task too tall for us."

THE UNDERRATED LINE:
A historic win for the Warriors, yes but now the Warriors need to win out and hope they can improve their play-in seeding to 8th in the Western Conference. Regardless of their play-in position, if the Warriors make it into the NBA playoffs, they are still an extremely dangerous team that could go on a run!
